As a York-based mother of two, I always seek family-friendly accommodations that cater to our various needs during our travels. I particularly value options that include a kitchenette, Wi-Fi access, and ample outdoor space for the children to enjoy. Our recent stay in a lovely mountain retreat exceeded these expectations, featuring a spacious room with a sizeable fridge, kettle, and ample kitchen storage. While there was no hob to cook on in our suite, the communal kitchen on each floor was a convenient alternative, well-equipped and spacious enough to accommodate several families. Having a picturesque view of the Sokolie peak from our balcony made our mornings truly special. Although we faced a few minor hiccups, such as limited payment options and some cleanliness issues, the serene environment and roominess of the accommodation were thoroughly satisfying. We left with warm memories and a strong desire to return!
